I really don’t have much to say about these cookies: they are just so simple to make and definitely worth a try, especially when you are like me (when it comes to stocking up on food, I act irrationally and I know it ) who has a full pantry to clean up.
So, as long as you add enough liquid to bind all the ingredients, I don’t think it’ll be a problem as what specific grains you use. I ended up using cornmeal, wheat wheat flour, corn flour, all purpose flour, and buckwheat flour. I also was able to use my cookie cutters finally, after taking them home with me for about half a year.
